At D1 Milano, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your timepiece, you can return it within 14 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to begin the return or exchange process.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the watch in its original packaging, including all protective films, manuals, and warranty cards, ensuring it is securely sealed.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at the nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team verifies the condition of the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
